Converting FAT32 To NTFS

Is there any to convert FAT32 to NTFS with out lost /
reamoval of data from the same partition?

The commandline tool "convert" is pretty safe (I have never=20
heard of someone loosing a partition with it) but you should=20
have a good backup.
convert /?
