View Full Version : Want to bypass the logon feature?

I have forgotten the password on my laptop, windows xp
home addition. I can't get past the logon prompt. Is
there another feature, such as, f2, that will allow
access? I do not have a back up reset disk. Can I logon
somehow from my networked computer to my desktop?

If that doesn't work out, you might try to reset the local Administrator
password with one of the methods mentioned here:
