I need to set a local policy to prevent a user from accessing the
World Wide Web in XP Home. This is a stand alone PC. I want them to
still be able to use Outlook Express for e-mail, but I want them to be
prevented from accessing/using Internet Explorer. I would like to be
able to do this on a per user basis, I have a very computer litterate
child that I want to prevent from accessing the internet, with out
keeping the rest of the family off of it. Have only one PC in house.
Child still needs e-mail access, just don't want him crusing the web.
