Writing Japanese

I have 2000 professionals on Windows XP. Is there any way
I could write email and website bulletin board in
Japanese?

I could download multilanguate IME with windows 98. How
about with Windows XP? Anybody knows?

Hi Ken,

Install that language support. Control Panel/Regional and language
options/languages tab/details.
