How do I get shares from other machines to show in the area below "My
Network Places"?
I know I can map a drive from tools, but I only want to keep track of
certain shares I access all the time.
How would I do that?
Thanks,
Tom

Is this a workgroup, peer-to-peer or a domain? NTFS permissions springs to
mind
Why not just put a folder on the Desktop for each of them?
If you're a coder you could create a small folder watcher application which
alerts you of any changes. In >NET it's only a few lines of code

This is a domain.
I would rather have the shares I am connected to showing in my Windows
Explorer window rather than clutter up my desktop.
Thanks,
Tom
