Greets. My first post to this group. I didn't see a FAQ
for posting guidlines so I'll swing it.
I am running XP Pro SP1 connected to a Windows 2003 AD
network. I have multile NICs (Laptop with wireless and
built-in ethernet) with static IPs and have been
successfully managing our forest for over a month. Today,
though, when trying to manage a domain I get an AD
dialog - Windows cannot connect to the new domain
because: The local Security Authority cannot be
contacted. Curious. I've made no configuration changes
and can find very little in the knowledge base as you
might expect.
Anyone experience this issue and do you have a solution?
I would use premiere support but trying to resolve
without spending $$.
Thnx for any assistance, and sorry for the lengthy post.
