Microsoft Outlook

hi,
if someone could be so kind as to help me with microsoft
outlook 2002. on my computer at home i downloaded outlook
on to a zip disk and now want to upload it on my computer
at work...two questions.

1. the names and addresses in outlook are that of my
boss. i want to create a new file/folder/outlook(?) that
opens to me with a password so no one else can see my
phone numbers, yet it's part of the same outlook program.
can this only be done through a network or can it be done
on my stand alone computer? how do i go about setting this
up?

2. when i go to upload and try to insert the data for
some reason i can't do it and i don't know how to do so.

i hope that i am making myself clear...i am not a computer
wiz so any help you can provide would be most
appreciated. thanks so much.
