has anyone seen this error it comes up sometimes when i
load the explore or go to a web site

Hi Tony,

Reinstall Internet Explorer by copying and pasting this command into a
start/run prompt:

rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132
%windir%\Inf\ie.inf
