Windows Explorer

Am getting an error when i cut & paste some
text/file/folder to another location. The error message
displays as "Restart your windows" & it closes the windows
explorer if it was opened.

This error is keep on getting me when ever i do the copy
paste morethan 2 times.

I appreciate if someone can help me out to fix this
problem.
