In Win XP when you are on a document, file folder etc you can usually right
mouse click and have the send to option. I do see the send to option but
absolutely nothing shows up when you click on it and it is very slow to even
display the nothing. Any ideas as to why this would now be blank and can not
be used? Please advise.

Sounds like you have not set (correctly) your default mail program.

In [start]>[Set Program Access and Defaults], click "(.) Custom" then
click the
expand button on the right. Click "(.) Use my current e-mail program".
You can
also reach this option through Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs
then click
"Set Program Access and Defaults" on the side menu.

And finally set it as default IN your mail programs options too.

If the whole context menu is missing, one of these may help.. then
again, you might have to find out what item in the Send To menu is damaged:

Several dialog boxes are blank:

Transparent drop-down Menu and disappearing menu text -
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/transmenu.htm

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers:
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/slowrightclick.htm
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/rcdelay.htm

Do a search for "Send To" (no quotes) and see where the items are
stored. Perhaps removing some of the entries, as a test, will locate
the one that's preventing the menu from being populated.

Go to http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_abc.htm and click "S", scroll
down to the "Send To" section, where there are some ideas.

Good luck.
