Method of Object Failed

I have a new XP and when installing a new Client/Server
app that uses XML files and after installation I try to
launch the program (running locally) I am receiving the
error "Method of Object Failed". ANyone seen this or know
how to fix it?

Hi Pcantor,

There are a number of articles that mention that error message. Based on the
limited information you have given, and a few assumptions, I would point you
here to start:

which indicates that the error may be due to a lack of dcom permissions for
that user, or that the user profile is not defined on the server side of the
app.
