I tryed to edit a webpage from www.occultopedia.com and then copy past
an animation from it on my desktop . I am not sure what exactly did I do
but after this all icons on my desktop got some sort of shadow effect ,
tray a backround If You will , and since than I can not remove those .

Can You tell me how to remove them , or atleast how to restore my
desktop settings to defaults .

Here is an image to give you idea how does this look

Four things are required for transparent icon backgrounds:

1.Control Panel-System-Advanced-Performance Settings.
Check "Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop" on the Visual
Effects tab.

2.Right-click on Desktop - "Arrange Icons by" and ensure Lock Web
items is cleared.

3.Transparency will not work if you have web content on your desktop,
Control Panel - Display Properties - Desktop tab - Customize Desktop -
Web tab. Clear all check boxes.

4. Ensure the Wallpaper is an image file not HTML.

There is at least a fifth item not documented here, because both of the PCs
on my desk meet all of the above criteria, and yet neither has transparent
icon backgrounds.

Try the following also after checking what Alan Edwards posted

Windows+Pause key\System Properties\Advanced\Performance Options\Visual Effects and
put a checkmark to "Use drop shadows for icon labels on desktop" and then hit Apply
and close out
