unclear font

I correct this

Have you tried ClearType?

Right click a blank spot on the desktop.
Select Properties | Appearance | Effects.
Check the second box, the one for smoothing the edges of fonts.
In the second box choose Clear Type.

Then go here: Clear Type tuner:
