The BIOS password is, of course, unrelated to Windows -
this is a hardware issue. None the less:
If you have lost (or accidentally set) the password, you
will have no recourse but to reset it. Generally, this is
done by changing the position (or installing) a jumper on
the motherboard, erasing all of the BIOS settings.
When you do this, you will lose the other settings (boot
device order, disk drives enabled/parameters, etc), and
need to set this information up again.
If you have questions about this process, you can
generally find pretty good support information by
searching on the internet using your board's (or the
computer, if it is a brand-name machine) model number
and/or the mfgr.
