How do you encrypt a folder in XP?
Will the folder show in Explorer and can it be copied to another drive
in that format?

Right click on the folder you want to encrypt and choose properties. goto

Hi,
Some warnings about encrypting data:
- Upon using encryption, immediately create a Recovery agent and export the
encryption certificate. Without these, you may lose access to those files
permanently in the event of a system failure.
