Well, aside from purchsing third party software to do
this or writing a program yourself, another alternative
is to change your browser. There is a freeware download
of a browser that does just this, eliminates popups. It
is called Avant Browser. Actually, its more of an
Internet Explorer plug in than an actual redesigned
browser, so it is a very small download. The only
stipulation is that you must have IE installed. The link

problem.
