Start Menu Order

When I go Start > All Programs, I get a menu of applications and folders of
applications. They seem to be in random order. At least I can make no sense
of the order. Is there any way to change the order in which the items of
this list appear?

Open the start menu.
Rt/click on an item.
Hit `Sort by name`

You`re done !.

Right click on one of the items and select sort by name.

Open Start - All Programs and place your mouse pointer anywhere inside
the All Programs menu and right click. Then select the sort by name
item in the pop up menu. This will sort the items alphabetically.
