In the past 3-4 days, while in Windows Mesenger, I have
been receiving Messenger Windows popping in promoting
other websites and then immediately going offline. I do
not have these people listed... I have no idea who they
are... I was able to save one address this time:
I do not have a firewall on my
computer and am going to get something tomorrow. I have
no idea if this is a "hacker" attempt or what? Any
suggestions? Thanks...

This is just a new "spam" tactic. You can adjust Messenger's options to
only allow people on your list to send you messages.
