How to restric access on selected folders?

I have two user in my OS, an administrator and a user. I
always lonon as adminsitrator and I have restric the other
user to install anything but even then the other user can
open my folders. Is there any way with the help of which I
can secure access to my folders, can I put some password,
how to restric access to selected folders???
