Each time when I start my computer, I got this message on my screen:
C:Windows\oxugoguta.dll is not a Windows image.

I couldn't find this oxugoguta.dll in two other computers at home. What
is this? Can I or should I just delete it?

Did you do an Internet search for it?

Sounds like you are infested with malware to me.

Probably a Vundo trojan.

I have searched this on the internet but couldn't find anything about
it. I have scanned my computer and there is no spyware nor virus.

Here is some practical advice to get started:

Perform some scans for malicious software first, then fix any
remaining issues:

Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware
detection programs:

Malwarebytes (MBAM): http://malwarebytes.org/
SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/

They can be uninstalled later if desired.

Report back and if you still have the message, it can be remedied.

Check this out:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&source=hp&q=oxugoguta.dll&aq=f&oq=&aqi=

If that had been a valid .dll, there would have been many more hits! The
reason you see it is because your PC has been hit by malware. You need
to scan better.

Also, when you post here, please remember the more information you
provide, the quicker you will get a solution. Include details such as
the various prorgams you used to scan your PC for malware (and whether
or not they had the most up-to-date definitions loaded), Service Pack
level, and whether or not you have the most recent Windows XP security
updates.

Do you mean the unspecified scanning programs you used did not report
any malicious software? You should consider other scanning tools
since all are not alike in the capabilities and detection rates.
Sometimes these are referred to as better scanners. different
scanners or some scanning tools.

You should use MBAM and SAS as recommended and then resolve any
remaining issues. If they run clean and you still have the issue, we
can proceed to the next step in the detection/removal process.

If the file still exists on your afflicted system, you can have the
suspicious file checked out here by more than a dozen respectable
detection mechanisms:

http://virusscan.jotti.org/en
http://www.virustotal.com/

You can supply more information about your system using this method:

Click Start, Run and in the box enter:

msinfo32

Click OK, and when the System Summary info appears, click Edit, Select
All, Copy and then paste
the information back here.

There will be some personal information (like System Name and User
Name), and whatever appears to
be private information to you, just delete it from the pasted
information.

This will minimize back and forth Q&A and eliminate guesswork.
