Error on shutdown

Had to use hp's nondestructive system restore. xp was reinstalled without a
problem. Thou you can to reinstall all your software anyway. But now, when I
shut down the computer sgtray.exe does not always want to shut down. Never
has this before.
Any suggestions?

Hi,

Were you using Veritas storage guard before? That file is from it, not
WinXP. Probably came as part of your preloaded system. If you are not using
it, disable it from loading on the startup tab of msconfig (start/run).
