Start Button color

Has anyone as yet come up with a way to change the color of the Start button
from the standard green?

Also stylexp and style builder, from http://www.tgtsoft.com/; my Start
button is rather small and has a blue background, with a different font
from the orignal, all changed with these two programs. Not necessarily
recommending these over windowblinds, just pointing out that they also
exist.
