How to get my administrative options back and enable fast user swi

I recently changed my account from adm. to limited. Now i cannot use other
functions such as system restore, download programs etc. My fast user
switching option is also disabled. I am the only user of this computer and am
not connected to a domain. Any help or suggestion would be fully
appreciated.Thank you

Restart your computer into Safe Mode, and at the Welcome Screen choose
Windows' built-in Administrator account. This is /not/ a user account;
it is for emergency situations like the one in which you are now. Use
the Administrator to promote your Limited account to Administrator
status. Or, create a new Administrator account that you will use for
functions, such as installing software, that you are unable to do from
your Limited account.
