Hi people,

I have a Toshiba Satellite A100 laptop with Windows XP Professional
installed. I was recently doing a clean up of the hard drive and now when I
go turn the computer on it displays the Microsoft logo as if starting up,
gives me the option F2 or F12 and then goes back to the Microsoft logo as if
starting up. It keeps alternating from one to the other. And doesn't get any
further.

It won't even start up on safe mode which would make it easy to enter the MS
DOS screen to fix the problem. Could anyone please help me, Im desperate!!!!
