Content Advisor Password

[John Plohemus]

According to the hint given, I am giving the correct
password, but it is rejected. I have tried capitals, lower
case etc., but to no avail. What do I have to do to get
into the settings as it won't allow me to open with
msn.com, yahoo.com., etc.
