Norton Antivirus wont let me access a website I use
frequently for financial transactions how do I cure it.

I suggest getting rid of Norton. It takes more control of your pc than is
ever needed and this is just another example on how limited you are by
having such software. Norton is a joke...just my opinion.

You really ought to ask Symantec technical support about this matter, if
you're certain that it's NAV that's causing the problem.
