Minimized Windows

I had to do a recovery on my computer and now everytime I
click on a link or open a new window, it is very small.
Is there any way that I can change it somehow so that
when they open, they are maximized?

Open one of the small windows and with the mouse and 'stretch' it to the
size you want. Next time it should open to the size you want.

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.
