Hi,
I have had trouble with a crashing XP SP3 and in pursuit of an answer I
have changed my display card. I had a HD4850 1GB with drivers and now
have a Nvidia 8400 with nvidia drivers.
I have been able to remove the drivers and catalyst from ATI except I
notice even Driver Sweep does not remove some of them..
system32/ati2evxx.dfll
ati2cqag.dll
ati2dvag.dll
ati3duag.dll
ativvaxx.dll
system32/drives/ati2mtag.sys
Should these be there even though I am not using the ATI drivers?
Thanks
rock

Did you run ATI in add/remove programs & remove it...If so,use search
in my computer (advanced mode, list hidden files/folders),in results for
ATI,delete them..Also,open regedit,HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/software,delete
ATI,close out.Open,HKEY_LOCAL_USER/software,delete ATI,close out when
thru...

ATI has an uninstaller program: CATUninstaller_10_08_03.zip
Go to the web site and it should be available for downloading.
