Error message appears on desktop when starting computer:

mm_tray.exe-Entry Point Not Found

The proecdure entry point ?mfOSIsVersion @@YA_NW4meVersion
@@@Z could not be located in the Dynamic Link Library
CoreDll.dll.

How do I fix this problem?
