Is this true? I went to http://grc.com/intro.htm and did a leak test and
port probe test. This was their result. Is MS creating a fix for this
problem?

445 MSFT DS

OPEN!This impossible-to-close port first appeared on Windows 2000 and was
carried over to Windows XP. Since several insecure Microsoft services use
this port, it should never be left "open" to the outside world. Since it is
impossible to close you'll need a personal firewall to block it from
external access. Do it soon!

Lee;
Do you have Internet Connection Firewall enabled?
Or do you have another firewall?
If the answer is no to both, then you have left your computer
vulnerable.

The firewall "fix" is provided by Microsoft.
If you choose not to us a firewall, that is strictly between you and
your friendly hacker.
