View Full Version : Administrator Rights in XP

I recently purchased a new computer with Windows XP. I
have been using the computer for about a month when I
decided to create my own account. When I created the
account, I designated myself as Administrator. There used
to be a default administrator user before I created my own
account. Now that I have created my own account, the
default administrator account has been removed. Now when
I try to sign on to my email account through MSN, it tells
me that there is already a paying user on the machine and
I have to sign on as a guest. How can I get rid of this
message and sign on as a user?

you can login as the Administrator only from Safe Mode boot.
