Error Code 0x800700c1

When I try to log into my Windows XP computer I am
receiving an error message and code: "A problem is
preventing windows from accuratley checking the license
for this computer - error code 0x800700c1" How do I fix
this?

Try booting with your Windows XP CD and doing a repair installation.

If this doesn't work, then you will need to call Microsoft Support to assist
you.
