I have 3 Xp (Hp 1.1 G Hz) connected on a network. They
worked fine for many months. Suddenly Internet access
from the 2 satellite computers through the network ended.
Everything else works the same as before. I recently
heard that an automatic update caused this in many other
platforms. I recall the problem began after such an
update and I believe it is either Q814033 or Q814078,
which were loaded at the same time. I cannot find
anything unusual in the network after weeks of digging.
I am considering restoring the computer to prior to these
updates, but I would like to know if another solution is
available.
I cannot seem to find clear information in the FAQ section
and other searches.
