I received this e-mail claiming to be from Microsoft Tech
Support asking me to download a Security Patch (an
executable file). It looks extremely suspicious. Who
should I forward and/or report it to?

Eddie;
As you may know, Microsoft NEVER sends Attachments unsolicited.
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/treeview/default.asp?url=/technet/security/news/patch_hoax.asp

You could contact your ISP and/or the senders sending complete
headers.

An easier way to read newsgroup messages:

Please respond to newsgroup only for everyone's benefit.

Note: I sent it to MSN & Hotmail since the senders
claimed to be Microsoft Tech Support.

This is the first one you've received? I get one every other day supposedly
from Microsoft.
