Hi all

Got a strange password problem on my windows xp pro os
and was wondering if anybody has come accross it before
or can help.

My pc never seems to remember any passwords that I have
entered and asked to save on all web sites that I have to
sign into

I have searched my hard drive for *.pwl to find the
password files but comes back with no matches, cant work
out how my pc has not created a pwl file when I have
asked it to save my password

any ideas?

cheers
rich

I dont think XP uses pwl files to store its passwords. That was in 95/98/ME
only I think. Open IE and go to the toolbar and hit "Tools>Internet
Options" Go to the Content tab>Autocomplete. make sure its setup how you
want it to be.
