Why do I get e-mails from
attachments that are not there and a note in the e-mail
like this " All information is in the attached file. "
But there is no file?

They are generated by a virus that spreads itself aroung via email.
Microsoft will never send you unsolicited email with attachments in it.
Just because you have received one doesn't mean you have virus by the way.
