I am repeatedly asked to activate my windows xp each time
I restart my computer. Each time I have a sucessful
activation but each time I am prompted to reactivate. I
had to restore my system. NOw wht do I do??

Check Task Scheduler.
It might have it scheduled to run at every log on.

Did you recently have any hardware changes, motherboard, hard drive?
That can cause it sometimes, and you may have to restore an old hardware
profile to "trick" windows into thinking you didn't change hardware.
