Hello
I have two instances of the explorer.exe in the Processes list. The end
command doesn't end one of them. The Outlook 2002 stops responding after
starting even in the safe mode. What should I do to start the Outlook 2002
normally?

Hi,

For the first matter: This is because you have chosen to launch folder
windows in a separate process under Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder
Options/View.
