I get the above error anytime I try to access the Display
Properties. Either by Right clicking desktop, going
through control panel, and even by the run
command "control desktop". I am the admin of the
computer and never set that setting. I noticed it
started after I installed Plus Digital Media Edition but
that is only when I noticed it, may not have had anything
to do with it. Anyone know how to enable it?
