Problem during Full Recovery

I had that problem a while ago with my other HP laptop
and contacted HP which sent me new CD's. That didn't help
and the way I fixed it was I rebooted hit ESC key and
instructed it to boot from CD (Restore CD 1 in the drive)
the CD automatically is supposed to wipe and format the
HD then start the restore process. If this doesn't work
the CD set they sent might not match your computer
model. Good luck
