To protect the privacy of local files from a local guest logon, you must
be using a NTFS OEM install or you must use the convert program to
convert your FAT32 9x/ME upgrade to NTFS. Post back for more detailed
instructions on how to convert.
Each account must have a password to enable NTFS privacy on XP Home or
Pro using simple file sharing. Unfortunately, the Guest account cannot
dial or hangup an Internet connection, but they can use a pre-existing
broadband connection. If you want them to be able to use dial-up, you
should create a new limited account.
