Good news and bad news.
Bad news you cannot start dos when you have xp, since xp
is a non dos based os.
Good News you can start MSdos by creating a msdos boot
diskette with your a: drive. Just right click the a:
drive and choose format. Then in the following popup box,
check the create a msdos startup disk. This will get you
to a simple a: prompt where you can execute the bios
flash exe.
