Update 811493

I installed (I thought) update 811493, but my updater
keeps indicating that I apparently haven't. I've
uninstalled/re-installed 4 times, each instance showing
a "successfully installed" response.
I've dumped cookies, history, off-line content, shut down
firewall, & deactivated AV software with each iteration
of this process. Any help will be appreciated.
