Close IE.
Open the Control Panel.
Select Network and Internet Connections.
Select Internet Options.
Delete History there.

Another route for this: C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local
Settings\History gets the folder. I have a shortcut to this in a special
folder for daily cleanup,
