safe mode with cordless keyboard

How can i start windows in safe mode while my keyboard is
a cordless usb type wich does'nt respond unless under
windows?

You must make sure that your bios is setup for USB keyboard support, but to
get into the bios to make the changes you need a regular PS2 keyboard first.
