Hi
Does anyone know why I get a message that tells me the connection cannot
be verified when trying to help a friend via remote assistant/messenger. I
have accepted the invitation etc and made sure that the firewall is turned
off at the other end but I still can't get a connection.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
