I have two computers that are running Win XP SP1 connected with a crossover
cable. I try to remote administer one of the computers from the other but I
get an error saying I don't have the proper permeations. What should I do
and how can I make one computer trust another one, or should I just export
the certificate so I can log on as administrator. Thank you

I'm guessing that word is "permissions"..

1) Is the username and password the same on both computers?
2) Do you even HAVE a password for that identical user(you need one)?

If you have the same user/password on both PCs - it Should give you no
problem.

If you map a share (ie: \\othercomputer\C$) using a username/password that
has admin rights on the other computer before you try to remote administer
it - you should have no problem.

Good luck!
