Auditing Launched Applications

Hi.

How can I audit specified launched applications, when
they were launched, how long they have been running, then
collect this information in p2p - 10 PCs network into a
specified PC, and reformat it into a vievable excel
format? (maybe create charts ang graphs)

All without any third party tool, only windows XP.

Help please...
