How do I know who the administrator is in Windows xp home
sp1? I thought all uses could make changes in winconfig.
I need to change some system files to make a new drives
work for a web camera. It is not letting me proforme this
task. In control pannel it shows all users as having
administrator rights. Any ideas. Thanks
