removing virus from XP

I have a virus on my winexec file from backdoor.servu.30
and a hacktool.scan (detected by Norton) on my sfind exec
file. These are both system files.

I do not want to reinstall windows, etc nor manually play
with the registry files. Norton cannot fix this file nor
some other virus protection programs I have used.
Ideally, I would like to just copy the file over from a
clean Windows XP source, but the Windows XP cd doesn't
allow you to just copy over one file. I'd have to compare
the file or make a floppy disc copy of a file on someone's
computer that also has xp home edition.

Any advice?
